Any students needing to make changes to their semester 2 timetables should pick up a change request form in guidance early this week.  Completed forms MUST be signed by parent/guardian and returned to the guidance office by no later than 3pm on Friday, Feb. 6th.

IMPORTANT!

  • Counsellors will continue to process changes into the second week of semester 2, but change forms and/or appointments for changes will not be accepted after Friday’s deadline.
  • Due to many courses running at capacity at all grade levels, some timetable change requests may not be possible.
  • You must continue to attend ALL classes until you’ve received a new timetable or confirmation of changes from your guidance counsellor.
