This is a reminder that as we approach the midterm period, the WRDSB has scheduled the Assessment & Evaluation Day for Wednesday, April 15th.

Classroom teachers will share the details and requirements of this day with students.  This day can be used by students to complete required assessments, get caught up on work and/or connect with teachers either virtually or in person (if required by your teacher).

Possible learning opportunities may require in-person attendance.  These could include:

  • assessments
  • performances
  • conferences
  • completion of assignments
  • meeting with collaborative groups
  • other activities as determined by each course teacher

Students can connect with teachers according to our regular day (week 2) schedule.  ACE students will attend school with regular programming and following regular attendance procedures. Transportation will run at regular times.

Midterm grades will be assigned based on the work completed prior to April 20th and report cards will be distributed to students the week of April 27th.
