Parents, Families and Caregivers: Are you looking for ways to support your child?

The Assistive Technology Team of the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) is available to support you. Throughout January, they will offer a three-part learning series, focused on digital tools your child can use to help prepare for tests and exams and manage large amounts of information.

These sessions aim to support parents, families and caregivers with children in Grades 7 to 12.

Learn about digital tools like vocabulary lists and collecting highlights that can help your child prepare material to study or research.

Learn about digital tools in Read&Write that can help your child practice for presentations and study for tests and exams.

Part Three: Plan

Learn about digital tools like Google Tasks and Google Keep that can help your child plan ahead for tests and assignments.

How to Attend

No registration is required. Simply join a Google Meet at the appropriate time to attend the session of interest to you.
