The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) has been informed by the third party vendor for School-Day that the issue impacting duplication of email notifications has been identified and resolved.

We understand that parents, families and caregivers may have turned off the email notification function within School-Day during this period. It is recommended you turn on notifications to continue receiving email notifications from School-Day.

We understand this has been a challenging situation and thank you for your patience as the third-party vendor resolved this issue.
