• Select a date/time below to schedule your appointment (up to 7 days in advance).
• Please provide some brief details regarding the reason for your appointment to help me plan for our meeting (ex. post-secondary, scholarships, course planning, etc.).
• You will receive a confirmation email and calendar invitation once you’ve submitted your form.  You will also receive reminders before your scheduled appointment.
• Appointments are in-person in the LHSS guidance offices.
• NOTE – our online appointment booking system is for current students only.  Parents/caregivers wishing to make an appointment with the guidance counsellor should contact our guidance secretary (519-880-9979, ext. 5520) to arrange a meeting time.
