The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) is aware of reported concerns involving duplicate email notifications being sent to parents, families and caregivers through School-Day. Upon discovery of the incident, WRDSB immediately reported the issue to the vendor.

The third-party vendor is working to determine and address the cause, and we are supporting schools with their ongoing communications with parents, families and caregivers.

We understand the disruption that this has caused for those impacted. We will share further information on the resolution of this issue as it becomes available.
