Cheer on LHSS Student Show Alice The Musical at Regional Drama Festival – May 1 at 7pm. 

This week, LHSS Drama Performers are traveling to our first return to a Regional Drama Festival in the Waterloo Region since Covid!  But this time, students will be performing on a professional theatre stage, in a brand new mentorship-based festival called The Curtain Call Showcase!

LHSS is one of 7 schools participating in this fantastic opportunity.  Our students have been working so hard to create their own show, from script to musical score, called Alice The Musical!  Written by Aziza Leotlela and Directed by Isabella Sims.  There are 22 students in this show they would LOVE to see you there, cheering them on.

Details:

  • When – Friday, May 1 – Doors open at 6pm, Show is at 7pm
  • Where – Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts – 36 King Street W., Kitchener
  • What – 4 Schools: Elmira, Bluevale, Eastwood and Laurel Heights perform, each with one 20 minute play – all student original work.
