Laurel Heights Secondary School invites you to attend our annual Grade 8 Information Night on Thursday, December 3rd, from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
Event Highlights…
- 5:30-7:30pm – Grade 9 Courses Open House: visit all our core and elective subject areas, meet with many of our grade 9 teachers and explore our learning spaces
- 5:30 & 6:30pm – Gr 9 General School Info Sessions: 2 separate sessions (same content) to help students prepare for the transition to grade 9, including presentations by student leadership, guidance and administration
- 6:00pm – Fast Forward Program Magnet Session: students/families wishing to learn more about our Fast Forward program are invited to attend this helpful info session in our library

A reminder that WRDSB students will select your grade 9 courses with your grade 8 schools in February/March via MyBlueprint. Students coming from outside the WRDSB – please visit out out-of-board students info page for details on how to register and pick your grade 9 courses.
