  • Please provide some brief details regarding the reason for your appointment to help me plan for our meeting (ex. post-secondary, scholarships, course planning, etc.).
  • You will receive a confirmation email and calendar invitation once you’ve submitted your form.  You will also receive reminders 1 day/1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
  • When arriving in guidance, please check in with our guidance secretary.
  • Should you have a quick question to address that might not need a meeting, you’re welcome to email me at effie_zimis@wrdsb.ca instead of booking an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE – counsellors will not be available for regular appointments during the first 2 weeks of school due to new student registrations, course changes and other important start-up activities.  Our appointment schedules will re-open in mid-September.
