Chromebook Problems – Broken? Lost? Stolen? Not Working Properly?

If you are an SJAM student and have a WRDSB assigned Chromebook that is giving you problems or is lost or stolen complete this SJAM Chromebook Issues Ticket. We will reach out to you in sequence and will help to resolve your issue as we are able.
Please note replacement stock may take a while as we there is currently a high demand for support with a limited stock. We are working as fast as we can to get replacement devices into the hands of all those who need them. If you have any alternatives to use please do so while you are waiting and let your teachers know you are waiting for support for your device.
