Semester 1 Meet the Teacher Night – Wednesday, Sept. 25th (5:30-7:30pm)

We invite you to attend Laurel Heights’ Parent and Caregiver Open House on Wednesday, September 25th from 5:30-7:30 pm for LHSS families – chance to meet/greet LHSS staff and see your student’s learning spaces.  This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of your student’s day at school and the environments and opportunities available to them.

Teachers can be found in their department areas and can answer questions about their courses, programming, and facilities.    At this early point in the semester, we will not have information about student achievement or marks but it is a great opportunity to get to connect with your student’s teachers.

PLANNING FOR POST-SECONDARY INFO SESSION – 7:00-7:45PM

Parents/caregivers interested in learning some essential information to help support your student’s research and future application to post-secondary are invited to join our guidance-led presentation in the LHSS auditorium starting at 7:00pm.  Content will focus on where to find information, pathway options, steps to apply, timelines and more.
