The SJAM Highlander Innovation Lab Presents: Developing Future Ready Skills

In 2019 SJAM launched the Highlander Innovation lab as a way to develop the skills and competencies that students will need to thrive in our rapidly changing world.  As the program moves into its third year and we continue to work through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, providing students with the opportunity to develop the future ready skills is more important than ever. 

Please join us virtually on Thursday February 25th, from 7-8:30pm to learn more about how the Highlander Innovation Lab will develop these skills and how your child can be a part of this innovative program. 

This event will feature:

  • Dr. Judene Pretti – Director, University of Waterloo’s Work x Learn Institute
  • Abigail Benyair & Aryan Afrouzi – Former and current Highlander i-Lab students 
  • Sandy Millar – i-Lab Founder & Vice Principal of the Secondary Distance Learning Program
  • Nathan Zehr, Jackie Araujo David Pletsch– SJAM i-Lab instructors
