FINAL REMINDER – Student Survey to Change Mode of Learning for Quad 2

SURVEY DEADLINE – Friday, October 16th (by 4pm)
Today is the last day to complete the survey for students wishing to change their mode of learning from in class hybrid attendance to full distance learning or vice versa.
If you have notified the school by email or phone to request this change, you must still complete the survey – LINK HERE.  This will ensure your request was processed correctly through WRDSB systems.
