GRADS – FINAL COMMENCEMENT/LAST WEEK REMINDERS

  • GRADS – drop-off on Otto Street (main lobby entrance) before 6:00pm see map hereUpon arrival, please head directly to the stage area for seating and marshalling instructions.
  • FAMILIES/GUESTS – please plan to arrive as early as possible for parking as traffic in the area can be very busy for this event.  Auditorium doors open at 6:30pm for seating.
  • TICKETS – event is nearly sold out – see ticket availability here!
  • PARKING – please check out the Centre in the Square event parking (number of options available in the area).  The Otto Street lot tends to fill up quickly (note – $12 cash only), so you may want to plan for alternate options.

WRDSB CHROMEBOOKS, SCHOOL ACCOUNTS, DIPLOMAS, ETC.

  • CHROMEBOOKS – grads please ensure you return your WRDSB Chromebook and charger to the main office during the last week of school.  If you miss returning the device this week, please make sure you bring this back when you pick up your diploma package in early July.
  • DIPLOMA PACKAGES – we plan to have these available for pickup in the LHSS main office in early July (includes your diploma, transcript, final report card, grad composite if photo taken AND commencement awards if applicable).  Please monitor the LHSS website for details on pick-up dates/times.
  • YOUR WRDSB GOOGLE ACCOUNT – this will shut down during the summer and you will lose access to your WRDSB email and Google Drive.  Please take time to backup any important messages and files this week!  Helpful tips to assist with backing up your material here!
