A small number of Laurel Heights students received a letter from Waterloo Public Health, informing them of the need to update immunization records.  If you received this notification, please visit regionofwaterloo.ca/vaccines or scan the QR code below for more information and/or to report a vaccine record.  NOTE – if you did not receive a letter, then public health records are currently up to date.
