WRDSB phone systems have been restored as of 11:00am on Tuesday.  LHSS can now send/receive calls normally.  Thanks for your patience.

Please be aware that phone systems are currently down across all WRDSB schools and we are not able to receive or send calls at this time.  If you need to contact the school today, please email lhs-attendance@wrdsb.ca.  We will update once we know phone systems will be back in operation.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

A Message from the Region of Waterloo Public Health

Public Health has mailed Suspension Orders to all secondary students whose vaccination records remain incomplete. Students who receive a Suspension Order must have their vaccination records updated with Public Health, or they may be suspended from school.  Updated records must be received by Public Health before 4:30 p.m. on Monday April 6, 2026 to avoid suspension. 

Suspensions start on Thursday April 9, 2026 for students with incomplete records. 

Act now by:

  • Booking an appointment with your health care provider to receive required vaccinations
  • Submitting your up-to-date vaccination records using Public Health’s online Reporting Form

If you have questions about the Suspension Order you received, please visit www.regionofwaterloo.ca/vaccines where you can:

  • View a translatable version of the letter
  • Report vaccine records
  • Submit vaccine exemption forms
  • Book a vaccine appointment (if eligible)
